In context to questions asked,

We have to determine the value of area of triangle.

As per questions,

It is given that,

Height = 5cm

Base = 6cm

As we know that,

Area of triangle can be determined by using the formula,

Area = \frac{1}{2} \times b\times h

For determining the value of area we will put the value of base and height in above equation.

Thus we will get,

Area = \frac{1}{2} \times 5\times 6 \\ </p><p>=&gt; Area = \frac{1}{2}\times 30 \\ </p><p>=&gt; Area = \frac{30}{2} \\ </p><p>=&gt; Area = 15  \: cm²

Hence, area of the triangle will be 15 sq. cm
