Correct option is D

Given

 (ax)n+(by)n=2

Differentiating both sides w.r.t x, we get

an(ax)n−1+bb(by)n−1×dxdy=0

⇒=−an(ax)n−1×ab(yb)n−1

∴dxdy at (a,b)=ab

∴ Tangent is y−b=−ab(x−a)⇒bx+ay=2ab⇒ax+by=2

for all values of n   (∵dxdy is independent of n)
