S.I = P×R × T / 100
= 2500× 4×2/100
= 200
Now, rate is reckoned as half yearly
so, r = 2% and time got doubled i.e 2×2 = 4 years.
C.I= P(1+r/100)^t - P
= 2500(1+2/100)^4 - 2500
= 2706.08-2500
= 206.08
difference = C.I- S.I
= 206.08-200
= 6.08
= 2500× 4×2/100
= 200

Simple Interest.
SI=(P*R*T) /100
SI=2500*4*2/100
SI=200rs
Compound Interest.
The CI is calculated semi annually so there will be four half years to calculate CI.
Therefore.
CI for first half year
CI=2500*1/2*4/100
CI=50rs
CI for second half year
P for 2nd half year =2500+50=2550
CI=2550*1/2*4/100
CI=51rs
CI for 3rd half year
P for 3rd half year=2550+51=2601
CI=2601*1/2*4/100
CI=52.02rs
CI for 4th half year
P for 4th half year =2601+52.02=2653.02
CI=2653.02*1/2*4/100
CI=53.0604rs
Now the total CI of 2 years
CI=2653.02+53.0604-2500
CI=206.0804rs
Difference between SI and CI
CI-SI=206.0804-200
CI-SI=6.0804rs
SI=(P*R*T) /100
SI=2500*4*2/100
SI=200rs

CI for first half year
CI=2500*1/2*4/100
CI=50rs

CI=51rs
CI for 3rd half year

CI=2601*1/2*4/100
CI=52.02rs
CI for 4th half year
