Hi ,
market price = m.p = Rs 780
selling price = s.p = Rs 721.50
discount = d = m.p - s.p
d = 780 - 721.50
d = Rs 58.50
discount % = ( d / m.p ) × 100
= ( 58.50 / 780 ) × 100
= 15 / 2
= 7.5%
I hope this helps you.

Hello friend, here is your answer.
Given that
Marked Price = ₹780
Selling Price = ₹721.50
We have to find discount first.
Discount = Marked Price - Selling Price
= ₹(780-721.50)
= ₹58.5
Discount is ₹58.5.
Now we have to find discount %.
Discount % = Discount/Marked Price × 100
= 58.5/780×100
= 7.5%
Hope it helps you.
