Compare (4/3)x²-2x+3/4=0

with ax²+bx+c=0, we get

a=4/3, b = -2 , c = 3/4

Discreminant (D)

= b²-4ac

= (4/3)²-4×(4/3)×(3/4)

= 16/9 - 4

= ( 16 - 36 )/9

= -20/9

Therefore ,

Discreminant (D)=-20/9
