i. when he completes one revolution :

distance = circumference of circular path of radius 3m = 2π × 3m = 6π m

= 6 × 3.14 = 18.84 m

displacement = final position - Initial position

= 0 [ as one revolution in circulae path means final position of particle equals initial position. ]

ii. when he completes half revolution :

distance = 1/2 × circumference of circular path of radius 3m

= 1/2 × 2π × 3m = 3π m

= 3 × 3.14 = 9.42m

displacement = final position - initial position

= 2 × radius of circular path

= 2 × 3m = 6m
