y=sin/tanx
y= sinx/( sinx/cosx) [tanx=sinx/cosx]
y=cosx
now on derivation we get,
dy/dx= -sinx
Hope you understood the answer. If so,mark me

sanchita08: its correct....what will i check then ??
deepu51175: is it dy/dy ??
sanchita08: oh srry
sanchita08: its dy/ dx
deepu51175: Haa s
sanchita08: now pls answer it....
deepu51175: check it out!!
sanchita08: thank u

y =  \frac{sinx}{tanx}  \\  \\  \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{tanxcosx  -  sinx {sec}^{2}x }{ {tan}^{2} x}  \\  \\  \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{sinx - tanxsecx}{ {tan}^{2} x}
