draw a perpendicular from O on EH at A
now in ∆ OAF
AF = 5 cm....( perpendicular from centre to chord bisects the chord)
OF = 13 cm (radius of circle)
by applying Pythagorean theorom we get
 {oa}^{2}  +  {af}^{2}   =  {of}^{2}
oa = 12 cm
now in ∆ OAE
0A = 12 cm
OE = 20 cm
again applying Pythagorean theorom
so AE = 16 cm
Now if AE is 16 cm
then EH should be 2(16) cm = 32 cm
(bisected at A)
hope this helps...
