find equation of circle whose Cartesian equation are x=-3+2sin theta ,y=4+2 costheta​

we can modify the given quantities

(x + 3) = 2 \sin( \alpha )  \\ (y - 4) = 2 \cos( \alpha )

on squaring and adding

 {(x + 3)}^{2}  +  {(y - 4)}^{2}  = 4

which is the required equation of the circle.
