anhydrousboy: in last step i have put the direct formula of parallel combination as in diagram 12 ohm resstor are in parallel combination

anhydrousboy: ok first tell the formulla of resistance for parallel combination

RoushanKumarSingh: Hmm .....1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3....= 1/R'( Equivalent resistance)

anhydrousboy: ok for two resistor i will become 1/R1 + 1/R2 then take lcm And simplify the formula it will become like this R'=R1×R2/R1+R2
