( Here , we add only the quotients and keep on increasing the power by 1 until the quotient becomes 0 )

= 10 / 5 + 10 / 25
= 2 + 0
= 2 . [ So, no of 5s or exponent of 5 is 2] .

= no. of 5s in 100!
= 24 .
Explanation ----->
100 / 5¹ + 100 / 5² + 100 / 5³
= 20 + 4 + 0
= 24 . [ So, no of 5s or exponent of 5 is 24] .
