find f(2),f(-2)and f(0) of the polynomial f (x) =(x+4)(x-5) ​

Answer:

f(x)=(x+4)(x-5)................(1)

put x=2

f(2)=(2+4)(2-5)

=6*-3

=-18 (ans)

put x=-2 in eqn 1

f(-2)=(-2+4)(-2-5)

=2*(-7)

=-14. (ans)

put x=0 in eqn 1

f(0)= (0+4)(0-5)

=4*-5

= -20 (ans)

there fore f(2)=-18

f(-2)=-14

f(0)=-20 ......
