This quadrilateral can be divided into 2 traingles PSQ And SQR.

Now area of traingle =

$\frac{1}{2} \times \: b \times \: h$

Now in triangle PSQ

we have height = 4 cm

and base = 7 cm

Area = 1/2×4×7 = 14 cm2

In traingle RSQ

we have base = 7cm

height = 3cm

area = 1/2×3×7= 10.5 cm2

Adding both areas we get = 10.5+14=24.5cm2
