Here d (common difference)

We get d by,

t²-t¹=7-2=5

t³-t²=12-7=5

So here d= 5 .

To get the next term in AP we should add the common difference and the prior term.

t⁴=t³+d=12+5=17

t⁵=t⁴+d=17+5=22

t⁶=t⁵+d=22+5=27

.....

In the AP the first twenty terms will be as follows.

2,7,12,17,22,27,32,37,42,47,52,57,

62,67,72,77,82,87,92,97.
