Let ⅓ be multiplied by 12/12 and  ⅙ be multiplied by 6/6 so that the denominator become equal .

\sf{\frac{1}{3} \times \frac{12}{12} } = \bold{\frac{12}{36} }

And , \sf{\frac{1}{6} \times \frac{6}{6} }= \bold{\frac{6}{36}}

So , the 5 rational numbers between\sf{\frac{12}{36} } and \sf{\frac{6}{36} are :-

\sf{\frac{7}{36} < \frac{8}{36} <  \frac{9}{36} < \frac{10}{36} < \frac{11}{36}}

\sf{\implies \frac{7}{36}< \frac{2}{9}< \frac{1}{4} < \frac{5}{18} < \frac{11}{36}}

∴  The 5  rational number between ⅙ and ⅓ :-

\sf{\implies \frac{7}{36}, \frac{2}{9},\frac{1}{4} , \frac{5}{18}, \frac{11}{36}}
