Hi mate here is ur answer

 \frac{ - 3}{ - 1}  \times \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{ - 6}{ - 2} =  \frac{6 }{2}

 \frac{ - 2}{ - 1}  \times  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{ - 4}{ - 2}  =  \frac{4}{2}

 \frac{ - 3}{ - 1}  \times  \frac{6}{6}   =  \frac{ - 18}{ - 6}  =  \frac{18}{6}

 \frac{ - 2}{ - 1}  \times  \frac{6}{6}  =   \frac{ - 12}{ - 6}  =  \frac{12}{6}

We take

 \frac{12}{6} and \:  \frac{18}{6}

So 5 rational number between above two digits are

13/6 , 14/6 , 15/6 , 16/6 , 17/6 .
