Heya..

First since the denominator is equal.. we do not need to bother about it..

And let's try to find five rationals between -3 and -4...

So multiply both the numbers by 6..

=> - 3 * 6/6 = - 18/6

=> - 4 * 6/6 = - 24/6

Therefore.. Now write the number between -18/6 and -24/6...

They are..

- 19/6 , -20/6 , -21/6 , -22/6 , -23/6
