Answer:

First make the denominators equal

LCM of 5&2= 10

-3*2/5*2 = -6/10

5*5/2*5= 25/10

There are infinite rational numbers between -6/10 and 25/10

To find out 5 rational numbers between -6/10 and 25/10, we will multiply both the numbers -6/10 and 25/10

with 5+1=6 (or any number greater than 5)

i.e, (-6/10) × (6/6) = -36/60

and, (25/10) × (6/6) = 150/60

The numbers in between -36/60 and 150/60

Hence, 1/60, 40/60, 49/60, 66/60, 149/60 are the 5 rational numbers between -3/5 and 5/2

Hope it helps....
