Step by step explanation:

To find rational number between any two value in fraction follow these steps :

step 1: Firstly adding the two fractional value we obtain a resultant say'x'

step 2: Now add the resultant 'x' again with original value we obtain two resultant say 'y' & 'z'

step 3: Now add resultant one by one to each other and we further obtain new resultant this process going on and we obtain every time a new value.

  • 1st rational number

 =  >  -  \frac{5}{7}  +  \frac{1}{7}  =  -  \frac{4}{7}

  • 2nd Rational number

 =  >  -  \frac{4}{7}  (+)  -  \frac{5}{7}  =  -  \frac{9}{7}

  • 3rd rational number

  =  > -  \frac{4}{7}  +  \frac{1}{7}  =  -  \frac{3}{7}

  • 4th rational number

  =  > -  \frac{4}{9} ( + ) -  \frac{9}{7}  =  -  \frac{13}{7}

  • 5th rational number

 =  >  -  \frac{4}{7} ( + ) -  \frac{3}{7}  =  -  \frac{7}{7}
