5 rational numbers are-

5 rational numbers are- 433/594, 434/594, 435/594, 436/594, 437/594.

GIVEN

NUMBER range from 7/9 to 8/11

TO FIND

5 rational numbers

SOLUTION

We can simply solve the above problem as follows -

Rational numbers are number that can be represented as fractions where the denominator is greater than zero.

Since, 7/9 and 8/11 are unlike rational number as the denominators are unequal.

To make the denominator equal, will find the lcm of 9 and 11.

LCM of 9 and 11 =

9|9,11

11 |1 \: ,1|

LCM = 9 × 11 = 99

so,

 \frac{7 \times 11}{9 \times 11}

= 77/99

similarly,

 \frac{8 \times 9}{11 \times 9}

72 /99

since we have to find 5 rational numbers

Let us multiply the the denominator and numerator of numbers by 6

 \frac{77 \times 6}{99 \times 6}  =  \frac{462}{594}

 \frac{72 \times 6}{99 \times 6}  =  \frac{432}{594}

5 rational numbers are-

5 rational numbers are- 433/594, 434/594, 435/594, 436/594, 437/594.
