so,

let the tension in the string = T

8g - T = 8a ...........(1)

T - 7g = 7a .............(2)

adding both eqn (1) & (2),

a = g/15 ......

T = 7(a+g) = 7 × 16×10/15 = 224/3 = 74.67 N

T = 74.67 N

now, force on 3kg block by the box is the normal force between them.

So, N = 3(g + a) = 3 (g + g/15)

= 3 × 16g / 15

= 3 × 16×10/15

= 32 N
