Let the four consecutive even integers be x, x+2, x+4 and x+6.

According to the question, x+x+2+2(x+4+x+6)=742

=>2x+2+2(2x+10) = 742

=>2(x+1+2x+10) = 2 × 371

=>3x+11= 371

=>3x= 371-11 = 360

=>x=360/3=120

Thus, the required numbers are :

x=120

x+2=120+2=122

x+4=120+4=124

x+6=120+6=126
