let first be x so second would be x+1
third x +2
fourth x +3
now given
x + x + 1 + x + 2 + x + 3 =  - 2 \\ 4x + 4 =  - 2 \\ 4x =  - 2 - 4 \\ 4x =  - 6 \\ x =  \frac{ - 6}{4}  =  \frac{ - 3}{2}
second number =
x + 1 =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  + 1 =  - \frac{ - 3}{2}  +  \frac{2}{2}  =   \frac{ - 1}{2}
third
x + 2 =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  +  \frac{4}{2}  =  \frac{1}{2}
fourth
x + 3 =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  +  \frac{6}{2}  =  \frac{3}{2}
hope it helps
