x + 2y = 6

=> x = 6 – 2y

When y = 1,
x = 6 – 2(1)
=> x = 4

When y = -1
x = 6 – 2(-1)
=> x = 6 + 2
=> x = 8

When y = 2,
x = 6 – 2(2)
=> x = 6 – 4
=> x = 2

When y = -2,
x = 6 – 2(-2)
=> x = 6 + 4
=> x = 10

Now,
