ANSWER

1 st rational no. = 1 + 2/ 2 = 3/2= 1.5

2 nd rational no. = 1 + 1.5 / 2= 2.5/2= 1.25

3 rd rational no. = 1 + 1.25/ 2 = 2.25/2 = 1.125

4 th rational no. = 1 + 1.125/ 2 = 2.125/2 = 1.0625
