we will first make the denominator same by taking out its LCM that is 24

so

3/8* 3/3=9/24 and -1/3*8/8=-8/24

so rational number are to be find between 9/24 and -8/24 they are -7/24, 1,24, 4/27, -4/24 and so on........

Answer:

-1/16,5/32..............

Step-by-step explanation:

a+b/2 is the formula

a=3/8,b=-1/2

3/8+(-1/2)/2

LCM of 8 and 2=8

3+(-4)/8/2

=-1/8/2

=-1/8×1/2

=-1/16

now we take a=3/8 , b=-1/16

3/8+(-1/16)/2

LCM of 8 and 16=16

6+(-1)/16/2

=5/16×1/2

=5/32

In the same way we make some more numbers
