Solution:

L.C.M of 2 and 8 (Denominators) = 8

So,

 \rm \frac{-3}{2} \times \frac{4}{4} and  \rm\frac{5}{8}

=>  \rm \frac{-12}{8} and  \rm \frac{5}{8}

So, four rational number between -3/2 and 5/8 are:

\rm \bf \frac{-10}{8}, \ \frac{-8}{8}, \  \frac{-4}{8}, \  \frac{2}{8}

Or,

\rm \bf \frac{-5}{4}, \ -1, \  \frac{-1}{2}, \  \frac{1}{4}

Note: There can be also different possible answers. As, their are infinte number of rational numbers between any two numbers.
