\huge{\underline{\tt{QUESTION:-}}} \\ \\ Find \: four \: rational \: numbers \: between \: \frac{ - 3}{5} \: and \: \frac{ - 2}{5}? \\ \\ <br />\huge{\underline{\tt{ANSWER:-}}} \\ \\ \frac{ - 3}{5} \: and \: \frac{ - 2}{5} \\ Multiplying \: both \: (numerators \: and \: denominators) \: by \: 5 \\ \frac{ - 3 \times 5}{ 5 \times 5} \ = \frac{ - 15}{25} \\ \\and, \: \frac{ - 2 \times 5}{ 5 \times 5} = \frac{ - 10}{25} \\ \\ Therefore ,\: four \: rational \: numbers \: are \: as \: follows:- \\ \frac{ - 11}{25}, \: \frac{ - 12}{25}, \: \frac{ - 13}{25}, \: and \: \frac{ - 14}{25}

Question :

◾Find rational numbers between

\sf\frac{-3}{5}~and~\frac{-2}{5}

Answer :

◾Cross multiply denominators

\sf\frac{3×5}{5×5} = \sf\frac{-15}{25}

\sf\frac{-2×5}{5×5} = \sf\frac{10}{25}

Now, numbers between both answers are :–

 \infity \sf\frac{-11}{25},\sf\frac{-12}{25},\sf\frac{-13}{25},\sf\frac{-14}{25},~and~\sf\frac{-15}{25}
