let the first 2 terms of the gp be a & ar
a+ar=9 t4=2*t3
a(1+r)=9 ar^3=2*ar^2
substituting r value ar^3/ar^2=2
a(1+2)=9 r=2
3a=9
a=3
t2=2*3=6
t3=4*3=12
t4=8*3=24
the terms in a gp are 3,6,12,24....
a+ar=9 t4=2*t3
