Numbers divisible by 8 between 200 and 500 are 208, 216, 224,...................496.

Let these be "n" in numbers.

So, 496 = 208 + (n - 1) × 8

$[l = a + (n - 1)d]$

=> 62 = 26 + ( n - 1 )

=> n - 1 = 62 - 26 = 36

=> n = 36 + 1 = 37

Hence, there are 37 such intergers.
