Let us find the number of digits lying between 10 and 100 which can be formed by the digits 0,2,3,4,5

first group numbers lying between 20 to 30

20,22,23,24,25,

Second group the numbers lying between 30 to 40

30,32,33,34,35

Third group the numbers lying between 40 to 50

40,42,43,44,45

Fourth group the numbers lying between 50 to 60 50,52,53,54,55

And finally the total number of digits lying 10 to 100 are 20 numbers which can be formed by these digits
