first term(a)=100
common difference (d)=5
let the no. of terms be n then,
=>a+(n-1)d=905
=>100+(n-1)5=905
=>(n-1)5=805
=>n-1=805/5
=>n=161+1
=>n=162
hence , no. of 3 digit no. divisible by 5 are 162
