Dear student

since the radius of the cylinder is same as the radius of the one circular plate.

the radius of the base of the cylinder be r = 7 cm

the height of the cylinder is same as the thickness of 50 circular plates.

thickness of 1 plate = 1/2 cm.

therefore the height of the cylinder h = 50*1/2 =25 cm

total surface area of the cylinder = curved surface area of the cylinder + 2*area of the base

volume of the cylinder =

Space left  in a cubical box=Volume of box−volume of solid=253−3850=15625−3850=11775cm3
