as no. of terms cannot be in fraction

Simply apply the formula of (n) th term as 100 if putting a= 25 d= 6

If n comes as a whole number it means 100 is a term of this ap

If n comes as a fraction it means 100 is not a term in this AP

CAN YOU MARK IT AS BRAINLIEST IF YOU DON'T MIND

Hey

25,31,.................

Let the last term,l=100

Now,

a=25 and d=6

Applying the formula,

l= a+(n-1)d

=>100=25+(n-1)6

=>100=25+6n-6

=>100=6n+19

=>6n=81

=>n=81/6=27/2

But n can't be a fraction

Hence, 100 isn't part of the given AP
