Let ,,, the third side ( hypotenuse) be X

Using Pythagoras Theorem :-

Base ² + Height ² = Hypotenuse ²

➡ ( 8 ) ² + ( 6 ) ² = X ²

➡ 64 + 36 = X ²

➡ 100 = X ²

➡ 10 = X

Therefore,,,, the length of third side is 10 cm .....

we have to find hypotenious of right angled triangle

Therefore,

according to the Pythagoras theorem

=> base² + height ² = hypotenious ²

so here , base = 8 and height = 6 .....{ given}

{ hence we can find hypotenious of triangle easily by using the Pythagoras theorem}

hence,

8² + 6² = hypothesis²

64+36 = hypothesis²

100 = hypotenious²

so,

hypotenious = √100

= 10

✴️hence the hypotenious of triangle is 10✴️
