iii ) A (∆ACD) : A ( ∆ BCA )​

In BCA and  △ ACD

ABD = CAD..................{given}

BCA = ACD..................{common angle}

° △ BCA ~  △ ACD ......{ AA test of similaritie}

° BC = AC = AB ......{ c.s.s.t}

AC DC AD

Now, i) BC = AB = BC = 5

AC AD 3 4

= BC = 15/4 = 3.75cm

ii) AC = AB = 3 = 5

DC AD DC 4

= DC = 12/5 = 2.4cm

Now ,

iii) A (∆ACD) : A ( ∆ BCA ) = AB²/AD²

= 5/4 = 25/16
