To find:-i.CSA
ii.steel used in making the tank.
i.CSA of tank=2πrh=2×22/7×0.3×4.5=59.40m²
ii.now,
TSA of tank=2πr(r+h)=2×22/7×2.1(2.1+4.5)=87.12m²
again,
let the steel used in making tank be x .And the wasted steel=x ×1/12=x/12.
