Good Morning

How r u?? ❤️

Here's your answer

Radius = r = 5m

Height = 4.9m

Volume = πr²h

Volume = 22/7 * 25 * 4.9

Volume = 385m³

Curved Surface Area = CSA = 2πrh

CSA = 2πrh

CSA = 2 * 22/7 * 5 * 4.9

CSA = 154m²

Answer:

Volume of cylinder is 385 m³ whereas Curved Surface Area of Cylinder is 154 m².

Step-by-step explanation:

(i) Volume of cylinder = πr² h

= 22/7 x 5 x 5 x 49/10 (by removing point 4.9=49/10 )

= 11 x 5 x 7 ( by cutting 49 by 7 ; 5 by 10 and 2 by 22.)

= 55 x 7

= 385 m³

(ii)Curved Surface Area = 2πrh

= 2 x 22/7 x 5 x 49/10 (by removing point 4.9=49/10 )

= 22 x 7 (by cutting 10 by 5; 2 by 2 and 49 by 7)

= 154 m²

Hope it helped you
