given A=4i+3j+k ,B=3I-12K

Consider R to be a resultant vector,then

R=A+B

R=(4i+3j+k)+(3i-12k)

R=7i+3j-11k

therefore, the required unit vector is

R=R/|R| (i.e R =R vector divided by modulus of R vector which is the formula of unit vector)

R=7i+3j-11k / 7²+3²-11²

R=7i+3j-11k / √12
