Any physical matter can exist in three different forms in our environment;

1)Solid

2) Liquid

3) Gaseous

Due to the change of temperature,a matter can interchange among these three physical states.

Real life examples:

1) Water is a liquid substance which converts into solid ice when we reduce the temperature and converts into gaseous vapour when we increase the temperature.

2) Naphthalene like substances directly converts into gas from solid in normal temperature.
