Let R = Big radius = 28cm

Height of tank = 45 cm

Vol of tank =

vol =  \frac{\pi}{3} h( {R}^{2}  +  {r}^{2}  + R \times r) \\  \\  \frac{22}{7 \times 3}  \times 45( {28}^{2}  +  {7}^{2}  + 28 \times 7) \\  \\  \frac{22}{21}  \times 45(784 + 49 + 196) \\  \\  \frac{22}{7}  \times 15 \times 1029 \\  \\ 22 \times 15  \times 147 = 14510  {cm}^{3}

14510 x 100 = 1451000 cm³ = 145.1 m³
