= > x² - Kx + 4 = 0
=> for roots to be real D ≥ 0
=> b² - 4ac ≥ 0
=> k² - 4.4 ≥ 0
=> k² - 16 ≥ 0
=> k² ≥ 16
=> or equality holds
=> k = ± 4
