kx + y = 10 ....................(i)
ky - x = 7 ........................(ii)

Let take eq. (i) and (ii)
compare them from the equation (i) = ax2 = bx + c = 0
(ii) = ax2 + bx + c = 0

Put the values (i) a = k, b = y, c = 10
(ii) a = k, b = x, c = 7
Since the eq. have finite eq.
So,   a1/a2 = b1/b2 =c1/c2
Putting the values, we get
k/k = y/x = 10/7
1 = not equal y/x = not equal 10/7
so a1/a2 not= b1/b2 not= c1/c2
