3x+2=0

3x=-2

x=-2/3

p(x)=6x³+32x²+kx-10

p(-2/3)= 6(-2/3)³+32(-2/3)²+k(-2/3)-10=0

=6(-8/27)+32(4/9)+k(-2/3)-10=0

=-48/27+128/9-2/3k-10=0

=-16/9+128/9-2/3k-10=0

=112/9-10-2/3k=0

=112-90/9-2/3k=0

=22/9-2/3k=0

=k=-22/9x3/2

=k=-11/3

Hence, the value of k is -11/3.
