Let 1 root be x and another 6x
Then,x+6x=-b\a=14\k
Means 7x= 14\k
X=2\k,and x*6x=6x*x=8\k
3x*x=4/k
Then,x*x=4\3k
(2/k)(2/k)=4/3k
4/k*k=4/3k
K*k=3k
K=3
