find K if roots of (K + 2 ) x square - 8 x + 2 k + 3 = 0 are reciprocal of each other​

if the roots are reciprocal of each other

then,

one root is ß and other is 1/ß

product of roots=1/ß*ß

product of roots=1

but,

product of roots=c/a

therefore,

c/a=1

2k+3/k+2=1

2k+3=k+2

2k-k=2-3

k=-1
