 if \: p \: and \: q \: are \: the \: zeros \: of \: the \: quadratic \: equation \: then  \\ ax {}^{2}  + bx + c = 0 \\ then \: p + q =  \frac{ - b}{a}  \: and \: pq =  \frac{c}{a}  \\  \\ here \: the \: given \: equation \: is \:  \\ x {}^{2}  - 18x  +  5k = 0 \\ theefore \\  pq  =  5k \\ now \: given \:  \frac{p}{q}  =  \frac{4}{5}  \\ and \: p + q = 18 \\  \\ solving \: these \\  p = 8 \:  \:  \: and \:  \: q = 10\\ k =  \frac{80}{5}  = 16
