Find k such that 2 ,k , 5k are the 3 consecutive terms of an A.P.​

Answer:

a1= 2, a2 = k, a3 = 5k

In an AP, a2- a1 = a3 - a2

k - 2 = 5k -k

k-2 = 4k

k- 4k =2

-3k = 2

k = 2 / -3
