lambda or wavelength = h/ mv

p or momentum = mv= \sqrt{2mKE

thereforeλ = \frac{h}{\sqrt{2mKE} }

we have λ =10^{-15 = \frac{h}{\sqrt{2mKE} }

squaring, 10^{-30} = \frac{h^{2} }{2mKE}

h= 6.6 x 10^{-34}

m= mass of proton = 1.6 x 10^{-27}

solve the rest bro..
