L.CM. of 12, 16,18, 24, 32 = 288.

99999÷288(to get largest 5 digit number exactly divisible by all the given no.)

Quotient=347

Remainder=63

No. divisible by 12,16,18,24,32= 99999-63=99936

According the question, we have to find out the largest 5 digit number which will be divisible by  12, 16,18, 24, 32.

So first we have to find out the L.C.M of  12, 16,18, 24, 32.

L.CM. of 12, 16,18, 24, 32 = 288.

we have taken largest 5 digit number= 99999

To get the largest 5 digit number exactly divisible by all the given we will divide 99999 by 288

(99999÷288 = 347)

 ∴ Quotient=347

*( 347 × 288 = 99936)

Now remainder will be :-

(99999-99936)= 63

Remainder=63

Hence the largest 5 digit number which will be divisible by 12,16,18,24,32=(99999-63)=99936

*( 99936 + 63 = 99999)

Ans :-99936 is the largest 5 digit number which will be divisible by 12,16,18,24,32.
